When we know that God is thinking Peace for us, When I know that God is thinking good of me, We will give Him thanks.
When we hear that God is thinking, it means: •There is something in his pipeline •There is something He is planning for me; •There is something he is working out for me; We know we are going somewhere and we are thanking him in Advance! We have to show acts of faith to show that all we have and will get, comes from God.

In Acts 6, the Ordained Minister was instititied. The ordained minister is one that is recognized and ordained by the church to help to he pastorate, protect and prioritise the church mission and unity, by meeting tangible needs.
In the early days, the widows felt segregated. There was an issue of tribalism etc.
The disciples felt the complainants were a distraction to their purposes and calling. There were qualifications including: – soundness in faith. – must be blameless – must have godly wives – manage children and family well The ordained Ministers play an important role to the growth of the Church.
A church that is not spiritually healthy will not be a good breeding ground for multiplication.
As a Pastor, I have seen 100% increase in one year, I have also seen 60 % and 200% increase respectively, in two years.
It is our primary duty to prepare the ground for the new converts.
Growth comes with Pains; Growth comes with Responsibilities! Ministry by the holy Ghost is tough. It is not ministry by human wisdom and strategies. If this Church has to grow, as Ministers, we must sit up. We must align with divine principles of Growth
In Acts 6, when the vision was aligned with, the Church multiplies.
When God sends us the crowd, whom will they learn: -Punctuality -Dedication to duties – Commitment -Humility, from?
Everything that works, takes work? It must start from the ordained.
We must come to that point where we tell people COME AND SEE!
We must endeavour to keep the grass Green! This is for the sheep to come and eat and become refreshed.
Leadership should engage with the Pastor. This is how the Pastor feels the pulse of the members and this is what brings about growth.
Is you makes excuses for stagnation, then you cannot conquer it.

When Solomon had to consecrate the Temple, Solomon and the people brought more than enough. There was a rule that offerings must be burnt in the holy of hollies, but when that was filled up, God set aside his law to have the sacrifices to be burnt in the outer court.
When your sacrifices are in excess, God set aside laws to favour you.
Hezekiah had just been made King and the people going to make sacrifices. The Number of Priests available were inadequate and God allowed the Levites who were ready to burn the sacrifices.
•God can use the mean things of this world for his greatness. •He will not compromise His wisdom with the wisdom of this world. •Anytime you see faith, there is an element in of foolishness. Faith obeys the last order which is foolishness to man.
Faith that Questions God is foolishness. When it comes to the sacrifices we make for God, excuses are not permitted. God places demands on us on expects us to move. When it becomes difficult, He takes over.
God expects obedience and never argues with anyone. It is the devil that forces men against their will. God does not force any man. He expects us to obey, because the master’s business requires haste!
Excuse is the house of the poor. Anyone that struggles too much is because he has many excuses. If God says TAKE A STEP, you take a step!

Gratitudeis the quality of being thankful •A readiness to show. appreciation for something and to return kindness.
If you see someone and being stingy, you will behave in a particular way about the person.
2 Tim 3:1-5 KJV This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
Perilous times come with hardship and it can affect one’s attitude towards God and fellow brethren. Some become depressed, discouraged…

Some have lost their minds because they have lost tolerance attitude.

This is beyond human comprehension. Attitude is everything. The situation may not change but with a good attitude, God will change it. Until your attitude changes the situation may not change.
In the times we are living in, God does not want us to grumble and have a pity party. He does not want us to dwell in the problem. He does not want us to drift into sadness and depression.
God is saying: Don’t drift Don’t withdraw Don’t be sad
Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Device a way to make things work without being put into pressure. It is not time to eat like there is no tomorrow.

Coveteousness is always wanting to have more even what belongs to others. We should be contented. Coveteousness is an enemy of Thanksgiving.
A thankful man is a thoughtful man The man thought his life was in his hands.
Thanksgiving is a time of acknowledging God A time to bring to remembrance It is a time to acknowledge our insufficiency It is acknowledging that what you up have was received from God.
Thanksgiving brings multiplication. Jesus had 5 loaves and 2 fishes and after giving thanks, it multiplied.
Thanksgiving is an application for more.

We do this in remembrance of you Lord Thank you for the bread and wine As we take it, may it represent what it had been instituted for. Whatever is wrong with the system, we demand healing in the Name of Jesus.
Ephesians 4:11-13 NIV So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
The teacher is enabled by the spirit to help others come to Christ He simplifies the word of God and put people in their position.
Two vehicles of transformation is the word and the holy spirit.
Romans 12:2 NIV Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Acts 20:32 NIV “Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
The Bible further tells us in:
Luke 5:1-5 NIV One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, the people were crowding around him and listening to the word of God. He saw at the water’s edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat. When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” These people were pressing for the word. Today we have crowds in Church but they are pressing for many other reasons, other than the word of God.
The Church today is like a club. Previously people hid their Bibles when coming to Church. Today the churches are full, but they are not pressing for the word of God.
The word of God is the vehicle for needs in our lives to be met.
Do not allow the events and news of the season affect your mind
There are news every where both within and without.
BENEFITS OF STUDYING GOD’S WORD 1. When I study God’s word, I am not doing God a favour, but doing myself a great favour! Guinness world records shows that the Bible is the bestselling book in the world. Study God’s word.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
THE UNIQUENESS OF GOD’S WORD 1. God’s word is authoritative Isaiah 55:1 2. God’s word guides Psalm119:105 NLT Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.
3. God’s word is alive. John 6:63 NLT The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

IMPORTANCE OF GOD’S WORD 1. Our faith is built upon God’s word We study His word to build up our faith and deepen in or relationship with God.
Acts of Apostles 20:32 NLT “And now I entrust you to God and the message of his grace that is able to build you up and give you an inheritance with all those he has set apart for himself.
No one can give what he does not have.
2. The word of God reveals God’s character. It transforms a man (Romans 12:2). It must change you first before it can change others. Your experience makes more meaning than the manual. Everyone and anyone can preach the Gospel. There is a difference between knowing about God and knowing God.
3. God’s word brings joy. It gladdens our hearts
Sometimes we can wake up and do not want to go to Church…This joy brings strength to keep us going.

I pray for you today, if there is a besetting sin in your life, may God’s word cleanse you to enable you teach without blame.
If it comes to a time where you are not afraid to commit sin, something is dangerously wrong!

In Luke 5:1-7 people pressed to hear God and Jesus looked for a platform to use and met Peter who had toiled all night without catching any fish. In the midst of his challenges, He still made his vessel available. Jesus did not meet his needs first. He first Ministered to the people first and then to Peter. Serve God amidst your challenges. You miss your blessings when you retreat We are not of them that draw back into pedition.
May the Lord meet you at the point of need May God not forget your labour and sacrifice.
God is asking you to launch into the deep Your net will catch your desired fishes. Your meat will be given to you. God will always make a way for you in and your fish will always be waiting. Your net is about to enclose fishes You will have a testimony in the Name of Jesus Christ.
May God give you an experience and conviction too that when you teach you will teach with confidence in the Name of Jesus Christ.

When a man is born again, he is not just transformed, but made Alive in Christ. Our spirits is a copy of Christ’s spirit. The spirit is always on point. It is the spirit of God that has been put in us.

The assignment of discipleship means that Jesus was going to take leap. Discipleship is a command 1. You don’t negotiate a command. 2. This command is to believers (not Pastors, not unbelievers). 3. The assignment of the Church on earth is training believers for this command.

Spiritual Authority is also discipleship.

Any discipling that does not point people to Christ is wrong!

Genesis 26:12 KJV Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
Isaac reaped a bumper harvest in the time of famine because he obeyed the voice of the Lord not to go down to Egypt.
Listening to the voice of the Lord guarantees your success in life.
To reap or enjoy God’s kind of harvest, you must learn to obey God.
Over my years as a Pastor, I have seen men who consistently sow to the work of God and have not seen any visible results. I asked God and realised that their attitude is in the giving was the hindrance to their harvest. Most people sow seeds to be seen and applauded by men.
Genesis 26:13 KJV And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
His prosperity was progressive. Isaac had a bumper harvest in the midst of famine because: He had the right attitude, He obeyed God. The economic situation we see today had happened even in biblical days.
•Nothing will stop your prosperity! •The economic situation in Nigeria will never reduce you in the Name of Jesus •As Isaac went forward, you will go forward, in your career, finances in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Amos 9:13 KJV Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

The plough men will overtake the reaper! No matter how slow they are, reaping is easier than planting. But this is what the Lord says: SUDDENLY! •You have been delayed; •You have been denied; Your success, speed, results will surprise them in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Your successes and blessings will come in a way that people and even you never imagined. Amen.
A poor man collapsed after he received ₦1m and never woke up again. He died!
The millions that God is bringing your way this day, you will not collapse in the Name of Jesus Christ. Harvest is coming your way in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Luke 5:5-7 KJV And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
They had toiled all night and caught nothing. Jesus asked them to cast their nets into the sea by morning.
Peter reminded Jesus that he was a fisherman and fishes are caught in the night, but at thy word!
This scripture has been interpreted as Peter exercising faith. Peter was not exercising faith. He was obeying Jesus’ word. He wanted to clear Jesus’ doubt. He thought he could casually bring out the net and found that it was too heavy with a multitude of fishes! The weight of the fishes began to break the net. Your miracle this month shall be net breaking in the Name of Jesus.
Because the Archbishop has prophesied that this month is a month of harvest, whether you have faith or not, you shall experience harvest in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I don’t know what your situation is, God is about to surprise you
That challenge that is threatening to swallow you up, God is about to come through for you Obedience to God’s word will attract harvest for you.
To succeed, there are principles you must adhere to.
As far as prosperity is concerned, there are principles, beyond just faith. Prosperity is governed by laws. When these laws are in place in your life, prosperity is inevitable! What gave Isaac a bumper harvest in Genesis 26 was obedience to God’s word.
Whether the enemy likes it or not, you will r ap your harvest! No man, spirit or power can stop your harvest.
Have the mindset, Knowing that you will surely harvest this month. Thank God daily for the day’s harvest, because God has so declared it in the Name of Jesus Christ.
This month is a month of harvest and that harvest should put a smile on your face. No matter the offenses that men may bring your way, focus on the harvest.
PRAYERS That same grace that rested on Isaac in the land of harvest to sow and read a hundredfold, let that same grace rest on you in this season, in this economy. Let that same grace rest upon you, your spouses, your children, that business That same grace that rested on Isaac to wax great, prosper and move forward, let that grace rest on you in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Amos 4:7 KJV And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
God withheld rain in a particular city and had another city rain fell, just three months to the time of harvest. The city that the rains were withheld withered.
O Lord may my harvest not be withheld when it is closed. My harvest will never be withheld. Every force that will rise against me will not succeed. Nothing will stop my harvest this season What God has set to do in my life, nothing will stop it in the mighty name of Jesus.
Any authority that shall arise to stop my harvest, in the Name of Jesus we come against them. No power will withhold our promotion, elevation, advancements, contracts and every kind of harvest in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Any man in authority that is trying to stop my harvest shall not succeed in this season of harvest in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I stand in agreement with you to declare that every harvest you will have, wherever they have taken that matter to, you will not lose it in the Name of Jesus.
That promotion That elevation That contract That appointment Must come to you in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 1:18 KJV The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
We have inheritance to Harvest. One may not be able to access this inheritance in Christ if our eyes of understanding are not opened .
O Lord open my eyes to know what you have freely given to me to harvest.
I pray for you this evening, that the Lord will open your eyes That no blessings will pass you by this month of harvest! This month of harvest, you will harvest in full. Nothing will stop your harvest No power No authority No principalities No man shall stop your harvest. His promises shall come to pass and God’s name shall be glorified in the Name of Jesus Christ.
