No matter how powerful a seed is, if it is not planted and nurtured, it cannot produce. It is your responsibility to look at what is going on in your mind.
What are you cultivating in your mind about God, the Church, your loved ones and things around you? Prosperity, poverty health and vitality are all functions of the heart. I pray that anything that does not honour God, or make for progresses will not find expression in your heart in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

When Adam lost his spiritual eyes, he came down to the level of seeing and working by INFORMATION instead of REVELATION! Don’t lose your vision. As you approach the end of this year, don’t lose your vision!
The first thing the enemy does to a believer is to blind his spiritual eyes. As soon as Sampson was captured, the first thing done to him was to pluck off his eyes, and then reduced him to a grinder of mill! We walk by faith, not by sight. In the kingdom, we are programmed to function by truth. Throughout scriptures, there is no place where logic produced miracles! How can water filled in a pot turn out to be wine?
In 2022 You will walk by revelation and truth, and not by logic in the Name of Jesus .

HOW DO I KEEP MY VISION?
1. Keep your joy
2. Keep your faith (Hebrew 10:36)
3. Be optimistic. Have a positive attitude.
Depression is a mother of all oppression. Stop being depressed. No vision comes with a smooth sail. There would be challenges in life.
4. Keep your zeal. Isaiah 59:16-17 He saw that there was no man, And wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; And His own righteousness, it sustained Him. 17 For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak.)
The world does not celebrate attempts or efforts, but successes. God looks at effort and all the attempts you have made and he rewards you accordingly. The world may not be fair, but God I a good God.
5. Keep your patience. Vision keeps at the appointed time, not at the beginning. Luke 21:19By your patience possess your souls.
It took David 9 years of Running from pillar to post to ascend the throne and then it was just two tribes that accepted him. It took him another 11 years for the remaining 10 tribes to accept him! God does nothing without first giving a sign.There were several prophesies given for the birth of Jesus and all came to pass.
There are many glorious things spoken concerning you, they shall also come to pass in your life.
Because of hatred and Greed, Herod did everything to kill the King of Kings. He did not succeed, therefore the plans of the enemy against you shall neither stand nor come to pass in the Name of Jesus
The three wise men were led by the stars.
Thestar stands for something unique. Every child born is born with a unique star. The people who should have seen the star did not, but wise men.
Significance of the Star
1. The star stands for unique birth
2. It stands for kingship. Kingship belongs to those God has earmarked for. Our heads are fit for the crown our children are Kings in the .asking.
3. It stands for something outstanding. May God give us grace for outstanding qualities in the Name of Jesus Christ.
4. It speaks of divine guidance. The star today speaks of the holy spirit that is still leading and directing people as we lean to His leadership.
I don’t know your direction in life, but the spirit of truth will lead you in your careers and businesses. As He leads you, confusion will be far from you in what confused others, you will find direction in the Name of Jesus Christ
The star declared the goodness of God. The firmament will.work to ochestrate the goodness of God in your life in the Name of Jesus Christ.
What made the wise men tagged Wise Men?
1. They understood that Jesus was the reason for the season
2. They reverenced Him who was the reason for the season.
They brought significant gifts to the Master. The best gift we can give Him now is our lives. It should be a time of re-dedication and remembrance of our new birth. These gifts were gold, and frankincense and myrrh.
Gold -This represented his Kingship position
Frankincense -This represented His Priestly position on earth, who is still making intersession for us.
Myrrh- They realized that someday He will die for our sins . Myrrh was used to preserved dead bodies. We must preserve the tenets of our faith.
These were all valuable gifts
Do not surchange God. Oneintegral part of worship is giving! Like the woman who broke the alabaster box, may your own gifts become a memorial in the Name of Jesus Christ.
The word of God is a sure prophesy. Do not patronize channels who do not see with the spirit of God, otherwise you will carry their demons.
Jesus was born in a lowly place, but not withstanding that His beginning was small, His later end was Kingship and greatness
When they left, they left with joy. Anyone who comes to worship Him, leaves with joy.

Righteousness, peace and Joy in the holy ghost is what a believer receives at salvation
Joy is the emotion evoked when one fulfils his desires. It is a stake of happiness, jubilations. Gladness
The opposite of Joy is sadness, woe, unhappiness and wretchedness.
Satan is after our JOY and he targets our joy to attack us.

Lord surprise those who think we will not succeed without them, those who think there is no help for us. Whatever men think is impossible, do it, You are the God who fetches water with a basket to disgrace the bucket. Give everyone a testimony before the year ends. Come through and true for your children Lord, because we are fully persuaded that we serve a God that does not ever fail. We are fully persuaded that joy comes in the morning. The Director appreciated all Heads of units for the love and unity of purpose and spirit throughout the year. She used the opportunity to extend her appreciation to other staff members of the Directorate.
She acknowledged the fact that each Unit had its own perculiarities, but Gods invisible Hand was there to help us.
She appreciated the tolerance between the Director a d Heads of Unit and the mutual respects for one another.
Responding, Mrs. ….. Representing Mrs Ochigbo, Head of ASE appreciated the Director for the opportunity to work and learn from her, and prayed for God’s blessings on her.
Mr. Edet Afia, Head of JSE also thanked the Director for accommodating him even when he did not meet his predecessor to show him the basics for the office. He thanked her for the guidance and tolerating the Heads. He believed that with that spirit, God lead us from glory to glory.
Mr. Umoren Head of SATS appreciated the Director for her ability to coordinate the entire Directorate. He appreciated her mentorship and said he was one of the beneficiaries. He noted that it took knowledge,wisom and discernment to cordinate in a diverse religious background.
Mrs Odejimi, Head of Records also appreciated the religious aspect of the Directorate ad well as the unity in the Directorate
Enobong Etuk Esq, Head of Pensions appreciated the Director for allowing the unit work with staff of other units which led to the successful completion of the 2021 verification exercise .
Closing. Mrs Odejimi led in the prayers of thanksgiving and the meeting ended with the sharing of wine and food.

We celebrate the gift of God’s Son. The birth of a new child brings celebrations. In the birth of Christ, even Angels rejoiced. It was a GLOBAL BLESSING!
We are here to celebrate. Jesus was neither born yesterday or this season,but He was born and we know what the Birth of Jesus means to us as believers. Through the birth of Jesus, we have power over darkness.
Do everything today with every sense of responsibility a d rejoicing.
As we do do, the joy of Christmas will never cease in our homes and lives in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Psalms 148:1-14 NKJV Praise[a] the Lord! Praise the Lord at all times in every situation and condition of life.

The starting point and the finishing point determines our eternity.
As much as we give God thanks for the starting, the greatest glory is in the finishing!
Acts 20:24 NKJV But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJVThe end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
Psalms 71:16 NKJV I will go in the strength of the Lord God; I will make mention of Your righteousness, of Yours only.
I will go in the strength of the Lord. I declare you unstoppable. No witch or wizard shall stop your jour ey halfway and anyone who attempts to shall be crushed in the Name of Jesus Christ. From now till the end of the year, into the new year, I shall go in the Name of Jesus.
Nothing shall stop me from finishing strong. I shall gain and never lose strength
Complacency is feeling of satisfaction without being aware of the danger. The truth remains that many who have seen today may not see the end of year.
Ecclesiastes 9:11-12 NKJV I returned and saw under the sun that— The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor bread to the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all. 12 For man also does not know his time: Like fish taken in a cruel net, Like birds caught in a snare, So the sons of men are snared in an evil time, When it falls suddenly upon them.
We must be careful about what happens around us.
1 Peter 5:8 NKJVBe sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
Here Peter was speaking to believers, and warning them.against complacency. The enemy or challenges do not go on vacation! Only the believers seem to be going on vacation.
1 Kings 20:39-43 NKJVNow as the king passed by, he cried out to the king and said, “Your servant went out into the midst of the battle; and there, a man came over and brought a man to me, and said, ‘Guard this man; if by any means he is missing, your life shall be for his life, or else you shall pay a talent of silver.’ 40 While your servant was busy here and there, he was gone.” Then the king of Israel said to him, “So shall your judgment be; you yourself have decided it.” 41 And he hastened to take the bandage away from his eyes; and the king of Israel recognized him as one of the prophets. 42 Then he said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Because you have let slip out of your hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore your life shall go for his life, and your people for his people.’ ” 43 So the king of Israel went to his house sullen and displeased, and came to Samaria.
As we approach the end of the year, we must be careful not to lose our spiritual vibrancy.
CAUSES OF COMPLACENCY
1. Busyness. People are bombarded with too many things. Many of what we suffer today are self afflicted . Christmas is not the end of life. To the believers, everyday is Christmas. How busy are you, and what are you busy doing? Are you too busy to serve God or to pray? Whatever makes you too busy to serve God is an obstacle.
Hebrews 2:1 NKJV Therefore we must give [a]the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.
Hebrews 10:24-25NKJV. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
2. False Trust.
Jeremiah 17:5 NKJV Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his [a]strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord.
Where does.your trust lie? We can have hope in men but let our trust be rested in the Lord.
Psalms 62:5 NKJV My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him.
Psalms 20:7-8 NKJV Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. 8 They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright.
We shall not fall in the name of Jesus!
Is your confidence in one Prophet? If you are not ruled by the word of God, you will fall for anything.
3. Prayerlessness
Matthew 13:25 NKJV. but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.
Tares come when a believer is prayerlessness . The enemy can come to kill, steal and destroy, when we are prayerlessness. May God defend each and everyone of us in the Jesus’s Name.
5. Established Success
When blessings Come, adversaries increases..
2 Samuel 5:10-13 NKJV So David went on and became great, and the Lord God of hosts was with him. 11 Then Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and cedar trees, and carpenters and masons. And they built David a house. 12 So David knew that the Lord had established him as king over Israel, and that He had exalted His kingdom for the sake of His people Israel. 13 And David took more concubines and wives from Jerusalem, after he had come from Hebron. Also more sons and daughters were born to David.
2 Samuel 2:1-2 NKJV. It happened after this that David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go up to any of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him, “Go up.” David said, “Where shall I go up?” And He said, “To Hebron.” 2 So David went up there, and his two wives also, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the widow of Nabal the Carmelite.
CONSEQUENCES OF COMPLACENCY
1.Punishment from the LordZephaniah 1-2 The word of the Lord which came to Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.
2. . The complaceat can ever receive from the Lord. Jeremiah 7-2 Stand in the gate of the Lord’s house, and proclaim there this word, and say, ‘Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah who enter in at these gates to worship the Lord!’ ”
3. Complacency gives the enemy unfettered access. (Matt 23:35 that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.)
4. Complacency ruins the home (Isaiah 32:9-13Rise up, you women who are at ease, Hear my voice; You complacent daughters, Give ear to my speech. 10 In a year and some days You will be troubled, you complacent women; For the vintage will fail, The gathering will not come. 11 Tremble, you women who are at ease; Be troubled, you complacent ones; Strip yourselves, make yourselves bare, And gird sackcloth on your waists. 12 People shall mourn upon their breasts For the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine. 13 On the land of my people will come up thorns and briers, Yes, on all the happy homes in the joyous city;)
it makes a man unproductive. (Proverbs 1:32-33For the [a]turning away of the simple will slay them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them; 33 But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, And will be [b]secure, without fear of evil.”).
You must practice God’s word to be fruitful.
Amos 1:6 NKJV For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they took captive the whole captivity To deliver them up to Edom.
You will not be at ease in Zion in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:15-18 NKJV I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither [a]cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
Wake up from whatever is challenging you!
You will finish well and strong, and you will start the new year stronger in the Name of Jesus Christ.
PRAYERS
Lord refine me. Let the fire of the holy Spirit saturate me Make my garment white and may I not be clothed with shame. Men will not gather to sympatize but to celebrate with me.in the Name of Jesus Christ. Lord I humble myself before you. I destroy every distraction in the Name of Jesus Christ. Anoint my eyes O Lord that I may see. Let me see what Yiu have packaged for me. Let me see the dangers ahead. Open the eyes of my family.
DECLARATIONS.
Whatever is making you unserious I neutralized. Whatever is taking the place of God is commanded to leave your life. Whatever is bringing you discouragement or make Yiu feel God has forgotten you, may God intervene and prove Himself as God in your case, that He is God of the valley and God of the mountain. That He is the same forever. The Lord bless you. You will finish this year in health and vitality in the Name of Jesus. You will not be discouraged or make mistakes. The Lord will hold your hands and lead you through the year. You will be singing the songs of victory. I declare it so and so shall it be in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Amen
