Exodus 22:1- If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

• Restoration is coming your way
• Whatever the enemy has stolen from you or slaughtered…
• Whatever is lost…

• Your peace, health, joy, progress…it is a time of restoration! It does not matter how you feel about it, God has given the word. It shall be a 5- fold restoration in the Name of Jesus!

• Thank you Lord for the restoration in the Name of Jesus.

Philippians 4:4 NIV Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: rejoice!

1 Thessalonians 5:16 -18 NIV Rejoice always, ¹⁷ pray continually, ¹⁸ give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

• Your rejoicing should be in the Lord, not things
• As distinct from elation or wealth, rejoice!
• Rejoicing is from a relationship with God.

• Your moods will swing if you depend on things or circumstances to rejoice.

• Apostle Paul was in prison when he wrote this letter.
• His joy was because he knew who he was and whose he was!
• There shall be no perishing in our midst in the Name of Jesus!

• Philippians 1:17-18 NIV

  The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains. ¹⁸ But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice.

  Yes, and I will continue to rejoice,

• The joy here depends on where your treasure is.
• The joy here is like a themostat. It flows from within.
• When a Christian is going about with a long face, it is because he does not know whose he is, because all things walk together for our good
• Our present tribulations is incomparable with the glory ahead!

Luke 10:17 NIV

• Our first joy is that our names are written in heaven.

• Philippians 4:2-3 NIV plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. ³ Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life.

• The life of a christian is a life of power. Demons submitting to us is a normal course of affair for the Christian.

• Rejoicing is a fruit of the spirit

• Galatians 5:22 NIV But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.

• No man can make you lose your joy if you do not permit it. When a christian loses his joy, he loses the reason for living.
• It is easy to rejoice when the going is good.
• The Bible says: rejoice always!

• How can you rejoice in the face of adversity?

1. Trust God to bring deliverance.
2. Know that every trial is a road to upliftment. Examinations are not to purnish students, but to improve and take a man to the next level. James 1:2-3 NIV Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, ³ because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. ⁴ Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Psalms 46:1-4 NIV
God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,³ though its waters roar and foamand the mountains quake with their surgin⁴ There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,

the holy place where the Most High dwells.

• We have been marked for exemption for every bloodshed in this nation, but God has marked us for distinction. The secret of rejoicing is our relationship with Him.

Even of men have plotted against you in the secret, God will bring you out in the open in the .name of Jesus!

Jacob ran from his brother, then from his father in law….there is an order on your head. They will have a dream forbidding them from touching you in the Name of jesus!

Jacob also had to meet with his brother.

The Communion is Not a Ritual – Rev. Barr. Nyong Nyong

• Something can be elevated to a ritual.
• When something is reduced to a ritual, we miss the benefits.
• The communion table is not a ritual!

• Jesus speaking says: do this in remembrance of me…
• It is a time to remember the things Jesus has done, what His coming has brought to us,
• Isaiah 53 foretells all the things the Messaiah will accomplish and these things have been accomplished in our lives.
• When we remember His promises, we go back to Him and remind them of the things that are contrary to His word.
• The Bible says .God is not a man that He should lie…
• We have come to remember and to put Him in remembrance…
• We have come to insist on our promises…
• We have to come to insist on what is our rights as sons of God.
• We are not making demands as men who have no bearing, but as those who know the promises of God.

I don’t know what you came here to believe God for, but tonight form an image in your mind regarding what you are trusting God for.

• Form images of your deliverances,
• Form images of your healing,
• Form images of your breakthrough, etc
• Clearly see in you mind’s eye, that which you are trusting God for.
• How? By faith!

May God meet each person here with that which you have trusted Him for.

Deut .means rehearsals or repititions.

• The reason for the book of Deut is that from the time the Isrelites spent in Egypt to when Moses died, is 40years
• The things you experience in life is a preparation for the future.
• The Israelites ate Angels’food, but only Joshua and Caleb understood the things of God.
• Moses was requested to repeat the message for the new generation of Israelites
• When the same message is repeated over and over, it means there is a new generation that must hear it. take no offence.

• There is a state you get to in life and beat your chest that you will never be poor!
• When you cross the red sea, you cannot cross again, because the river does not part twice, the Egyptians do not attempt to cross twice.

• If they obey and serve Him,
  They shall spend their days in prosperity,
  And their years in pleasures.

Is there anyone here praying for prosperity? That is an error!

• Prosperity is a birthright. Think about God and God will think about you. If you put God first, He cannot put you last.

• When you meet with an obstacle after yoù heard from God , it means He has also put in place the strategy for victory.

• To some of us it comes to encourage us
• To others the message come to provoke them.

Apostle Paul admonishes the people to give thanks in all things, why?

• Because thanksgiving has the power to chamge situations.
• A certain village here in Luke 17: 12 means the village was relatively unknown.
• The reason is because the men there were lepers!
• Because of you, your village will come to limelight in the Name of Jesus.
• They were secluded, religated to the background and limited by reason of their condition.
• They stood afar off. No man can make any impact staying afar off.
• The shout is a replica of prayer. The church in Nigeria is a praying church.
• The problem we have is that whe our prayers are answered, we believe it was because of our connections.
• But it takes God to make your contacts and connections respond to you positively.
• We find people we are older than, yet we are more blessed than they are.
• Some had better results, but by providence, we are better off.
• We need to understand that only God raises people.
• That you are alive, it is because God has a purpose and plan for your life. You are living on borrowed time,

• The cry of the lepers amd the response of Jesus shows who was incharge
• It was an abomination for lepers to mingle with people who were clean, but when .God gives a command, something must happen.
• When Peter was asked to come on water, he walked on water!
• 10 lepers obeyed …on their way to meet with the Priest, they were cleansed,
• Some leprous persons lose fingers,some would be bleeding from wounds.
• They were healed, but the scars remained.
• Only one who was healed returned to give God glory and he was a stranger.
• Sometimes when we succeed, we forget to return the glory to God, and even believe we have arrived.
• The journey is not yet ended.
• Do not think that because you have seen a sign of success, you should abandon God. May God help us.
• The cry of 10 people drew His Hands, but the worship of one person drew His attemtion.
• Each time God wants to change the destiny of a man, He sends a man.
• There is somebody here that .God sent me to here. May you be that person in the Name of Jesus!

Faith, hope and love are virtues.

You are the architect of your testimonies.

When blessings come, it comes from the front, when judgment comes, it comes from behind (Numbers 16)

Every instruction should be obeyed. The summary of the Bible is obedience. It comes spontaneously!

7 Grades of STINGY PEOPLE

• Ecclesiastes 5:13 NKJV
  There is a severe evil which I have seen under the sun:
  Riches kept for their owner to his hurt.

• Some things are merely to pass through our hands to others. When we withhold it, it becomes hurty to us.
• The book of Ecclesiastes was written out of regrets. It tells us of experiences, of what so eone receieves a d cannot enjoy it!

• Luke 12:20 KJV But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

• The rich man amazed so much wealth and decided to enjoy, but God said to him, thou fool, thy soul is required tonight…
• The stingy person closes his ears to the needs of others.
• ^{Deuteronomy 15:7 KJV If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the} Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

• The tighening of fist is because your mind is not made up.
• Until your mind is made up, your body cannot fumction to respond.

• They hide their identity so as not to contribute for any projects in church.

2. The Strict amd Reserve Grade

• People in this group will usually give, but very little.

3. The Please Come Again Tomorrow

  Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
  when it is in your power to act.
  ²⁸ Do not say to your neighbor,
  “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you”—
  when you already have it with you.

• The moment you say” go and come again”, God is looking at your pocket, because he knows our intentions and is always searching your mind. He searxhes the reins and our hearts.

4. The Complainer Grade

  May that day be darkness;
  May God above not seek it,
  Nor the light shine upon it.

• When you meet these ones, you are forced to give even the ones you have.
• They seem to have more problems than your request.
• God has pronounced a curse on this day.
• When you fail to help those whom God himself has kept for you, you shut doors against yourself.

5. The Deceiver Grade

• Proverbs 28:18-19 KJV

  Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once.

  ¹⁹ He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.

• They always say, I wish you came earlier than now.
• Believers should not be involved in deveiving their neighbours.

• Mathew 7:12 KJV Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
• This is a cardinal principle for treating people. You have to discover where the Lord has opened your heavens. I discovered mine.

• The transfer you have received may be for an ill intention, but it will definitely change your level.

• I paid fees for students who do well, all the degrees I obtained in England, people paid my fees! Even my children have enjoyed this!
• When God blesses you, be a blessing to others.
• If you are believing .God for children, take care of children and God will cause children cry in your house too.

6. The Shylock Grades

• They give you money to return it with interest.
• Proverbs 28:8 KJV⁸ He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.
• Don’t ever do this as a Christian.

7. The Mask Face Grade

• Proverbs 21:13 KJV Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.
• Their faces discourages people from making any request.

WHY DOES GOD WANTS US TO GIVE OFFERING?

• Genesis 1:1 KJV In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
• This verse creates an impression that all is well
• Genesis 1:2 -3 KJV

  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.³ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

• This is a contracdiction of verse 1. God could not have created an imperfect earth.

• Lucifer, was given the power to announce the morning. Till date he tries to detect what happens to men in the morning.

• When he was cast down from heaven, he was seeking opportunity to usurp authority from Adam and succeeded.

  Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;¹³ That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

• HAVE YOU COMMANDED THE DAY AND THE MORNING HAVING KNOWN THIS SECRET?

• The church today is in need of people who are trained.
• So much heresy has crept into church bevause of lack of training
• The message of grace has been taken to the extreme in ignorance.
